1. Join the website as a new user for the first time or login
If you are new to the website, your registration will need to be approved before you can access all features. Once approved, you can use the site as normal. If you see an ‘email not recognised’ message, it means you do not yet have an account and will need to complete the registration process.
2. Signing up as a mentor
To sign up as a mentor, go to ‘My profile’ (in the top right-hand corner of the Home page) where you can choose what help you would like to offer.
3. Add your education & career details
While in 'My Profile' section, you can add your education and work history by clicking on the two clogs.
4. If you want to make any changes
Go to 'My settings' (in the top right-hand corner of the Home page) to opt out of volunteering and make any other changes to your account.
5. To view your messages
You will receive an email to notify you of any messages. It will also appear underneath 'My messages'.
