Code of Conduct for all members

We expect all users to communicate with courtesy, professionalism, and respect while engaging on the platform.

1. When setting your preferences, please ensure they clearly reflect the type and level of support you can provide. Likewise, those seeking assistance should ensure their requests are well-defined, easy to understand, and include any relevant timeframes.
2. To help maintain a safe and secure environment for all, and to support the effective monitoring and management of Friends of Freemen’s, interactions with other members must take place through the platform’s messaging system. No current pupils should share their personal contact details.
3. While Freemen’s reserves the right to review messages shared through this platform, it does not routinely monitor user conversations. We may access messages on the platform to ensure the safeguarding and wellbeing of our pupils.
