City of London Freemen’s School is delighted to share recent recognition from both The Good Schools Guide and the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI), highlighting the strength of our community and the achievements of our pupils.
The Good Schools Guide praised both the Junior and Senior Schools for their warm, joyful and nurturing environments. Junior pupils were described as “some of the bubbliest they’d met” – curious, confident and supported by caring teachers in a creative and happy setting. Senior pupils were equally commended as “bright, articulate and loyal to their school.”
Following a full inspection in October 2025, the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) confirmed that Freemen’s meets all Independent School Standards. Inspectors highlighted the school as a place where pupils achieve exceptional academic success within a caring, supportive and ambitious environment.
