In 1926, Freemen’s School moved from it's original home in Brixton to the beautiful surroundings of Ashtead Park - a move that would shape the next century of the School’s story. For 100 years, generations of pupils have flourished here: learning, competing, performing, exploring and forming friendships that last a lifetime.
As part of celebrating our heritage, we have created The Ashteadian - a special publication capturing a year-long reflection on Freemen’s rich history in Ashtead Park, sharing stories and memories from across the decades.
